We had been in the catering trade for a number of years but after helping out a friend in their street food stall one weekend we became inspired and soon after we set up our own street food business and have loved it ever since being out at events meeting some great people and making a living at the same time.
We make the churros from scratch at the event using organic flour (we use quality ingredients right through the process, no shortcuts ).
The batter is then placed into the churros hopper.
All ready to go.
Then cooked using our Spanish churros machine.
For the dips we use real Belgian chocolate which is melted down, this is the top seller but we also have other toppings like salted caramel etc and vegan options available as well. (the churros themselves are vegan friendly ).
All our packaging is made from compostable materials.
We are based near Wrexham on the Welsh/English border and mainly aim for events within a three hour drive of our base.
We are fully insured with full risk assessments and have a 5* food hygiene rating and are also a long time member of NCASS ( Nationwide Caterers Association ).
